About Jack Safra

I am Jack Safra. I am an independent discount real estate broker. Because I work out of my home in Belmont and because I do not have to share my commission with a brokerage house I can pass these savings on to you, the buyer or the seller.  I charge a 1% commission to represent the seller and refund all but 1% of my commission to the buyer.  In today's market this represents usually over $10,000 in savings to the seller or rebates to the buyer.  I have been in business since 1975.
